T.N.I.S provides a range of exciting and interesting extra curricular opportunities. There are cultural opportunities; sports teams and other activities that students can join or take part in outside of scheduled timetabled classes.

A very popular aquatic sport that is physically demanding, fun and entertaining for both spectators and participants.
This exciting league is designed for both girls and boys with special emphasis on fundamentals, teamwork and sportsmanship.

The jazz band is a speciality band for students who have played their instrument for more than a year and want to develop their skills in jazz ensemble playing. All brass instruments are accepted and some woodwind instruments. We also have space for skilled rhythm musicians
The school choir programme aims to provide an opportunity for students who love to sing, to develop their singing skills through more challenging songs. This is a non-auditioned group for any student who wants to join.
Dancesport is a fun way to stay fit, improve co-ordination and increase confidence while learning the discipline of popular dance styles. The programme is run by qualified instructors.

Percussion Group involves found sound (using strange objects to make music) and traditional drums to create percussive patterns. We layer our sounds and use a variety of dynamics to create really lively sound! Students do not need to play a musical instrument to be in percussion
First XV Choir
This is an auditioned group of 15 confident singers who learn more complex songs and sing them in parts.
